The company was founded in March 2008 by Hande Önal Tuğal.

Hande Önal Tuğal, founding partner, was born in İstanbul on 21 November 1974. She completed her secondary and high school education at Kadıköy Kız Lisesi, graduating from Uludağ University Civil Engineering in 1995 and from İstanbul University Faculty of Engineering in 2000. After working as a manager in the sales team at the head office of Yapı Kredi Sigorta A.Ş. between 2002 and 2008, she has continued in insurance as an agent at Hande Önal Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., which she founded in March 2008.

She met every eligibility requirement under the insurance regulation adopted on 14 April 2008 and is registered with TOBB under registry number T0862-31KV.

Following the merger of Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. and Yapı Kredi Sigorta A.Ş. on 30 September 2014, the agency has continued to operate as a fully authorised agent of Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. and Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş.

After the first term that began in 2009 under law no. 5684, she was elected İstanbul provincial delegate to the TOBB Insurance Agents Executive Committee in 2013, 2018 and 2023.

Having joined the TOBB SAİK Sector Assembly in 2023, Hande Önal Tuğal was elected an alternate board member by the assembly's members and continues in that role.

Chair of the Association of Single Insurance Agents for the 2021–2024 term, Hande Önal Tuğal is a general assembly member of Galatasaray Sports Club, the Galatasaray Thought Association and Taçspor.
